An easy way to improve spam filters in Outlook

One way to help Outlook filter spam more accurately is to add known senders to your safe senders list. This ensures that email from these senders is sent to the Outlook Inbox regardless of the direction of the spam algorithm. The safe senders list overrides the default spam detection filters in Outlook. You can also whitelist entire domains using the Safe Senders List.

The instructions in this article apply to Outlook 2019, Outlook 2016, Outlook 2013, and Outlook for Office 365.
