- Select “Tools | Options…” from the menu in Outlook
- Go to the “Mail Format” tab
- Go to the Email Signature tab
- Enter the desired name for the new signature
- Enter the desired text of your signature in the “Edit signature” field

Select Tools | parameters… from the menu in Outlook.
Go to the “Mail Format” tab

Go to the tab Email Format .

Click signatures… In chapter Signatures .
Go to the Email Signature tab

Go to the tab Email signature .

Click New .
Enter the desired name for the new signature

Enter the desired name for the new signature.

If you have multiple signatures for different purposes, name them accordingly. (ie personal, business, family)

Click Okay .
Enter the desired text of your signature in the “Edit signature” field

Enter the desired text of your signature in the section Change signature .

It is best to keep your signature no more than 5 or 6 lines of text.

Enable the default signature separator.

You can use the formatting toolbar to format text or insert an image into your signature.

Click Okay .

Click Okay again.
