Select the email account you want to use to send Outlook mail
If you’re sending a message from your Outlook on web mail, Outlook.com account, or Windows Live Hotmail, but you want to reply to a different email address, you can change the reply header to a different email address that you set in Outlook.
The instructions in this article apply to Outlook.com and Outlook Online.
Receive replies to a different address sent from Outlook on the webmail
When you send an email in Outlook, Outlook Mail on the web uses the reply-to address used in the “From” line. However, you can change this address on the From line.
To select a “From” address for an email you send from Outlook Mail on the web and receive replies to that address instead of the main Outlook email address on the web:

Start a new message, reply or forward.

Choose an icon Additional assignments ( ⋯ ) on the composition bar or on the top toolbar of the window.

Select Show from .

Select By .

Select the desired address.
Specify a default address in Outlook Mail on the web
If you want Outlook Mail on the web to use a specific email address as the default value on the “From” line when sending a message through the web interface:

Select Settings (icon equipment ⚙ ) in Outlook Mail on the web.

Select View all Outlook settings .

Go to mail > Synchronize email .
Add an email account under Add Connected Account .

Click the drop-down arrow Set default from address and select the address you want to use.

Select Save .

Close the window when you are done Settings .
