Download mbx2eml and extract it to your desktop.

Right click on the desktop.

Select New | menu folder.

Type “email”.

Open the Mozilla Thunderbird storage folder in Windows Explorer.

Open the Local Folders folder.

Mark all files named as folders in your Mozilla Thunderbird that do not have an extension.

For example, exclude “msgFilterRules” and “Inbox.msf” and all other MSF files.

Copy or move the selected files to the “mail” folder on your desktop.

Open a Command Prompt window (via Start | All Programs | Accessories | Command Prompt).

Type “CD”.

Drag the “mail” folder from your desktop to the command prompt window.

Press Enter in the Command Prompt window.

Like “mkdir off”.
-
Press Enter.
-
Now enter “..mbx2eml * out”.

Press Enter.

Open the mail folder on your desktop.

Open the “off” folder.
-
From the “from” subfolders, drag and drop the .eml files into the desired folders in Outlook Express.
