Find all emails from one person
Looking for a message in Gmail? To find out what email you’ve recently exchanged with a particular contact, a more convenient alternative may be to enter that person’s email address into the Gmail search box.
Find all emails from one person in Gmail
To view all emails sent to or from an email address, starting with the most recent (sender or sender) message:
Open a conversation with the sender in Gmail.
Select Lake at the end of the message.
Select Filter similar posts .
Make sure the contact’s name or email is on the line By and select Search . A list of messages you have received from that person appears.
Starting with a name or email address
To have Gmail display all emails with a specific email address:
Select the Gmail search box.
You can also click / ( slash ) with Gmail hotkeys enabled.
Start typing the contact’s name or email address. If possible, select an auto-complete item for a contact or sender from the suggested Gmail.
Select Enter or search button ( 🔍 ).
Gmail will display contact information for a name or email address at the top if possible. Additional email addresses for the contact person are also listed. When you click on an address, a new message appears at that address. To find messages exchanged with this alternate address, you can copy and paste the address into the search field.
Using Alternative Addresses
To search for emails from multiple email addresses from the same person (although of course this isn’t necessarily the case):
Select the Gmail search field or click /.
Enter nasty: then the first email address, then OR from: and then the first email address again.
Now for each additional address:
Enter Or at: then this email address, then OR from: and then this address again.
to: [email protected] ИЛИ от: [email protected] ИЛИ на: [email protected] ИЛИ от: [email protected]
Select Enter or search icon ( 🔍 ).
