Outlook can help you with folder and rule

If you want to forward a lot of emails in Outlook, you can select them and send them as attachments to a new message. However, with a small fix, you can quickly forward multiple emails as separate messages in Outlook.

The instructions in this article apply to Outlook 2019, Outlook 2016, Outlook 2013, Outlook 2010, and Outlook for Office 365.

Forward multiple emails individually in Outlook

To forward multiple emails to one or more of your contacts, copy the recipients to a special folder and the Outlook rule will forward them individually and automatically.

  1. Create a new folder in Outlook. Go to the tab folder select new map and enter a name for the folder.

  2. Right click and drag each message you want to redirect to a new folder, release the mouse button and select To copy

  3. Open a new folder.

  4. Go to the tab House and in the group Movement select Rules

  5. Select Create rule

  6. Select extra options

  7. Clear all selected check boxes, then select Further

  8. In the warning window, select Yes

  9. In chapter step 1 select forward it to people or to a public group or forward to people or mailing list

    Or select forward it to people or a public group as an attachment (or forward it to people or a mailing list as an attachment ) to forward the message as an attachment and not as inline text.

  10. In chapter Step 2 select people or public group or people or mailing list

  11. Double-click the desired contact or list in the address book. Or in a text field To who enter the email address to which the forwarded messages will be sent.

  12. Select Okay

  13. Select Further

  14. Select again Further

  15. Uncheck the box Enable this rule

  16. Select Finished

You can delete the rule and the Forward folder if you want, or you can delete the messages in it and reuse the folder later.
