Set the reply address in Outlook email to a custom address
If you want replies to your emails to go to a different account than the one you sent the email from, change your reply address. In Outlook, you can specify a special reply-to address (where most e-mail programs send replies) for each e-mail you send.
The instructions in this article apply to Outlook 2019, Outlook 2016, Outlook 2013, and Outlook for Office 365.
Forward replies to a special address in Outlook
To get replies to an email you sent, go to a different address than the one used to send the message in Outlook

Create a new email message.

In the message box, go to the tab parameters: †

In Group extra options select Instant answers †

In chapter Shipping options Check the box Send answers to and enter the email address to which you would like to receive replies.

Select close to to apply the reply email address and close the window.
You can also set the default reply address for each Outlook account.
