Send an email to all your contacts at once
Entering individual email addresses for each contact is not the best way to send an email to everyone you know. Instead, send an email to your entire address book in Outlook. Just select all your contacts at once and import those addresses into a message. It is even easy to remove multiple addresses from this selection.

Practical tips and tips
It is not common to send email to many people at once. If you plan on doing this more than once, building a mailing list will be faster. So you can email one group of contacts that contains all the other addresses.
Another good practice when sending bulk emails is a contact’s email address, called an undisclosed recipient. Not only is this more professional than an email from you, but it reinforces the idea that recipients don’t have to answer everything.
