Sync your calendars wherever you are
If you want to enter an appointment in Outlook and have it appear automatically in your Gmail and iPhone calendars, install a third-party app. With the Sync2 app, when you edit an event in Google Calendar, the changes are immediately reflected in Outlook and iPhone. Remove all commitments for the next 10 days and those appointments immediately disappeared from Google Calendar and Outlook.
The instructions in this article apply to Outlook 2019, Outlook 2016, Outlook 2013, Outlook 2010, and Outlook for Office 365.
Sync Google, Outlook and iPhone calendars
A third-party app is required to automatically sync Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, and iPhone on Windows PC with Outlook.
Here’s how to install Sync2 to enable synchronization between Outlook and Google calendars:
Download Sync2 and run the installation file.
While Sync2 is a premium paid app, a free trial is available.
Choose a free trial or paid version in the installation wizard and select Further .
Select Google services and choose Further .
Select Microsoft Outlook Calendar and select Further .
Select Sign in to Google and enter your Google account information to sign in. When prompted, allow the connection and select Further .
Select Further and choose Finished to apply the settings. Wait for the installation to complete.
Set up sync with your iPhone
After you set up synchronization between Outlook and Google, configure your phone settings to allow synchronization with Google services using the Calendar app.
Open Settings on your iPhone.
Select Passwords and Accounts .
Select Add Account and select google .
Enter the email address associated with your Google account, select Further and enter your password. Select Further .
If you’re using 2-Step Verification, enter your app password instead of your regular password.
Open the Calendar app on your iPhone to view your Google and Outlook calendar events.
