Update your information in seconds
Your Gmail signature is important information that tells your email recipients a little more about you. When you change your contact information, you also want to change your Gmail signature. While you’re there, you can also give it a modern look and professional design.
Your Gmail signature doesn’t follow you from one device to another. When you update your signature from your computer, only messages you send from Gmail on the web show the updated information. If you’re using Android, iPhone, or iPad, you’ll need to update your Gmail signature from those devices.
