Mark your signature with HTML in Yahoo Mail

You don’t need to know HTML to add custom formatting to your Yahoo Mail signature. Yahoo Mail even lets you integrate HTML into your signature so you can add links, adjust font size, and more in just a few clicks.

The instructions in this article apply to the standard web version of Yahoo Mail. Yahoo Mail Basic and the Yahoo Mail mobile app do not support HTML.

Using HTML in Your Yahoo Mail Signature

To add HTML formatting to your email signature in Yahoo Mail:

  1. Select equipment in the top right corner of the window and select Settings in the drop-down menu.

  2. Select bills From the left.

  3. Select your Yahoo email address.

  4. Make sure the section Signature option selected Add signature to sent emails .

  5. Format the signature using the HTML toolbar. Your options include:

    • Change the font style and size.

    • Make text bold.

    • Italic text.

    • Change text color or add highlight.

    • Make a list of labeled items.

    • Make an ordered list of songs.

    • Change text alignment.

    • Place a hyperlink in your signature.

    You can even include images in your Yahoo Mail signature.

  6. Select Save when you’re done. Your stylized signature will now automatically appear at the end of emails you send.
