If you often move messages to folders, Outlook helps you do it very quickly – with one click.
The instructions in this article apply to Outlook 2019, Outlook 2016, Outlook 2013, and Outlook for Office 365.
Move emails to folders with one click in Outlook
Probably the fastest (and best) way to move emails to folders in Outlook is to set quick steps in one click. Once you set up a quick step, you can move emails with a single click.

Launch Outlook.

Go to the tab House and in the group Quick Actions select Create new † A dialog box will open Quick step change †

Select drop-down arrow Select an action and choose Move to folder †

Click the drop-down arrow Select folder and select the desired folder.

Select Add action †

Select drop-down arrow Select an action and choose Mark as read †

Optionally select the drop-down arrow Keyboard Shortcut and choose a keyboard shortcut.

Select Finished †
Using Quick Step
After setting up a quick step to move email to specific folder, here’s how to use it.

Open or highlight the message, messages, conversation, or conversations you want to save.

In Group Quick Actions select the action you configured.
