Easily Cc or Bcc the right people in your outgoing messages
Auto Cc and Bcc for Outlook allow you to copy specific email addresses to outgoing email automatically. Filters let you decide whether a message is Cc’d or Bcc’d and for whom. There are many reasons why you automatically send Cc or Bcc to certain emails you send. For example, to send your manager a copy of the emails you send to specific customers, or to send your partner copies of the emails to your insurance company.
The instructions in this article apply to Outlook 2019, 2016, 2013, 2010; and Outlook for Office 365.
Copy and Automate Bcc in Outlook
Create a rule for all outgoing email to automatically create Cc or Bcc people.
Open Outlook and go to the tab At home †
Select regulations † Manage Rules and Alerts †
In Outlook 2016 and earlier, go to File and choose Manage Rules and Alerts † In these versions it is possible to automatically add blind copy to the rules. In later versions of Outlook, the Bcc option is not available.
In the dialog box Rules and Warnings select new rule †
IN rule master select Apply rule to messages I send and then select Further †
Check box sent to users or public group †
Select link people or public group and add the desired email addresses as part of this rule. Select Further Get on.
Check box Copy message to people or public group †
Select link people or public group and enter the email addresses you want to automatically send an email to.
Select Finished †

When adding CC and Bcc rules in Outlook, the following options are available:
Automatically add email addresses to the Cc and Bcc fields of outgoing messages.
Add recipients to all emails or use Auto Cc and Bcc with Outlook rules to specify conditions.
Search for topics, other recipients, attachment names, or the account you’re using.
Select Auto Cc and Bcc for Outlook recipients in your Outlook contacts.
Using Auto Cc and Bcc in Outlook
The Outlook Cc and Bcc rules automatically copy messages to the right people. Use rules to specify the email addresses that you want to add to the Cc or Bcc field of outgoing messages when certain criteria are met, such as email from a specific account, or with specific recipients, subjects, or attachments.
