Write now, send later
Timing is everything, and sometimes it’s better to email later than right away. Whatever the situation, Outlook has you covered by letting you schedule email to be sent later.
The instructions in this article apply to Outlook 2019, Outlook 2016, Outlook 2013, Outlook 2010, and Outlook for Office 365.
Schedule email to send later in Outlook
Outlook allows you to specify exactly when you want your email to be sent.
Compose a message. Create a new message, reply to a message, or forward a message.
Go to the tab parameters: .
In Group extra options select Postpone delivery .
In the dialog box Properties Check the box Do not deliver until .
Select the date and time you want to send the message.
Select close to .
Select in the message box Send.
This will put your message in the Outbox until the time you specify, and then it will be sent.
