Customize your own slogan for your emails
Outlook for Mac allows you to create and use multiple email signatures, and choose the default email signature to use for each account configured in Outlook.
The instructions in this article apply to Outlook for Mac.
Create an email signature in Outlook for Mac
Setting up one signature is as easy as setting up several in Outlook for Mac, and you can set custom defaults for specific email accounts.

Select Outlook † Settings † The Outlook settings window opens.

Select Signatures † The Signatures dialog box opens.

Select † below the list of signatures. The new signature string appears in the list of signature names.

Enter a name for the new signature and enter the desired text of your signature in the section Signature †

Select the desired options under Select default signature † For example, if you want to use this signature for all new messages you create, select the name of the signature from the list new posts †

Close the dialog box when you are done.
Rename Email Signature
To name your new signature:

In the signature list, select the name of the signature you want to change.
If the signature name becomes uneditable, select it again. Make sure to select the name of the signature and not the space next to it.

Enter a new name for the signature.

Click Enter †
Set the default signature in Outlook for Mac
To select a signature to be inserted by default in new messages and replies created in Outlook for Mac:

Select Outlook † Settings †

Select Signatures †

For each email account whose default signatures you want to change:

Select the desired account in the section account In chapter Select default signature †

Select the signature you want to insert in new emails under new posts †

Select the signature you want to use automatically in replies and forwards in the section Reply/Forward †

Select Not to not use the default signature if you don’t want signatures in comments. You can still manually insert one when you write a message.

Close the settings window Signatures †
Choose default signatures in Outlook for Mac 2011
To make your new signature the default for new messages in Outlook for Mac 2011:

Select Default signatures †

Select a new signature in the section Default signature for all relevant accounts.

Select Okay †
Insert a signature in an email in Outlook for Mac
To use a signature on a message or change the signature used in Outlook for Mac:

Select tab Message in the message header.

Click Signature and select the signature you want to insert.
As an alternative to the message toolbar, from the menu select Drought † Signatures and select the desired signature.
