Watch two PowerPoint presentations at once

You have received an updated version of the presentation you were working on and want to know what changes have been made to the edited version. You may want to do a final check before sending one of your presentations to your boss or client. Whatever the reason, it’s easy to watch two (or more) PowerPoint presentations at once.

The instructions in this article apply to PowerPoint 2019, 2016, 2013, 2010; PowerPoint for Office 365 and PowerPoint for Mac.

Watch two presentations at once

To compare two PowerPoint presentations, arrange windows so that you can view each presentation without flipping it.

  1. Open two presentations.

  2. Go to Vision

  3. Select Organize everything † PowerPoint stacks both presentations side by side.

  4. Navigate between slides to compare them individually.

To copy a slide between two open presentations, change the view in both organized presentations in Slide Sorter view. To copy slides, drag the selected slides from one presentation to another.

Option Organize everything gives the best results if you use two presentations. If you want to host more than two presentations, you’ll need a much larger screen to reap the benefits.
